By creating an account on Tally, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Tally is a web application that extracts structured booking information from pasted conversation text using AI. It is not a messaging platform, does not connect to Facebook, and does not send messages on your behalf.
You own the data you create in Tally. We do not claim any rights to your bookings, customer information, or business data. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy page for details on how we handle data.
Tally uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to extract booking details from conversation text. The raw text is processed in memory and is not stored by Tally. AI providers have their own data retention policies, which we disclose on our Privacy page.
AI extraction is not perfect. Always review extracted data before acting on it. Tally provides confidence indicators but does not guarantee accuracy. You are responsible for verifying booking details with your customers.
Free accounts have usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Hibernation mode reduces your monthly cost while preserving your data.
You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, all your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Do not use Tally to process data you do not have the right to process. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI extraction. Do not use automated tools to abuse the service.
Tally is provided as-is. We are not liable for booking errors, missed details, or any business decisions made based on extracted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
